Gentle Yoga In-Person

Gentle Yoga at the Highland Public Library

Slow down, stretch, and find your calm with our Gentle Yoga class. This session takes place on a yoga mat and focuses on easy movements, deep breathing, and simple poses designed to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Perfect for beginners and anyone looking for a softer, more mindful practice, this class invites you to move at your own pace in a peaceful, supportive setting. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.

PROGRAM FEE:  $10 PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR

Program Cancellations:  Some programs are required to have a minium attendance of 5 patrons of greater. The library reserves the right to cancel programs due to low registration. Please check the calendar prior to coming to the library. 

Confirmation/Reminders: A confirmation email and reminder will be sent to all registered patrons.

Patron Cancellations:  If you are unable to attend this program, please cancel your registration in your confirmation or reminder email to allow a space for patrons on a waiting list.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROGRAM. HIGHLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT PATRONS HAVE PRIORITY WHEN REGISTERING.
