Yoga classes will be gentle to intermediate levels.

Mats, Blocks, and Meditation Rocks will be provided if you do not have your own.  Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the class.

Class Fee $8.00

 

Age Requirements:  This program is for adults ages 18 and up.

Registration is required. 

Mask Requirements:

Masks are required for all indoor programs. Group sizes may be limited.
