Gentle Tai Chi In-Person

Discover the calming, low-impact practice of Gentle Tai Chi, designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. This slow, flowing movement class is perfect for beginners, older adults, and anyone seeking a peaceful way to reconnect with their body and reduce stress. No experience required—just comfortable clothing and an open mind.

A $10 fee is payable directly to the instructor.

Your Instructor is Thomas Toynton from Holistic Health and Happiness in Highland, NY.

Program Cancellations:  Some programs are required to have a minium attendance of 5 patrons of greater. The library reserves the right to cancel programs due to low registration. Please check the calendar prior to coming to the library. 

Confirmation/Reminders: A confirmation email and reminder will be sent to all registered patrons.

Patron Cancellations:  If you are unable to attend this program, please cancel your registration in your confirmation or reminder email to allow a space for patrons on a waiting list.
