Play Casasta In-Person

Play Modern American Canasta is a fun and interactive card game that you can enjoy with friends and family. Played with two to six players, the game follows the American version of Canasta, where the goal is to create melds of seven or more cards of the same rank. You’ll draw, discard, and strategically play your cards to outscore your opponents. The first player or team to reach the target score wins. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and have fun together!

If you're new to Canasta and want to learn how to play, feel free to reach out to Donna at 845.691.2275 x 206 for guidance. If you're playing solo and want to join a group, we’ll follow the Modern American Canasta rules. However, if you come with a group of 4-6 players, you're welcome to play by the rules your group is most comfortable with, offering flexibility and making the experience more enjoyable for everyone.
